Laguna Delivery Terms and Conditions:

Laguna Deliveries are limited to Victoria only, for areas outside Victoria, we will use third party courier.
Our staff with best effort to communicate the estimation delivery time with the receiver.
Delivery time is subject to the availability of the drivers, it may take up to 2 days, however in most cases it is on the same day
Our staff with best effort to communicate the estimation delivery time with the receiver.
Delivery for Western suburb areas (Laverton, seabrook, Altona Meadows, Hoppers Crossing, Tarneit, Truganina, Point Cook, Weribee, Weribee South) delivery might occur during late evening eg. 10pm or later. You can opt out of the late night delivery and we will deliver them the next morning.
Laguna Delivery only covers specific areas, please check here to see if your are is covered.
Delivery for over 25Kg of weight will incur additional fee charge.

We sincerely apologize for the recent increase in prices on our online shop. The decision to adjust our prices was not taken lightly, but it was necessary due to the additional costs we have incurred for extra labor in administration and packaging, as well as the rising expenses of packaging materials. In order to sustain our online division and continue providing quality service, we had to pass on these costs.
